Тhank for replys guys I am gonna look for help these 3 springs

Hello there guys I change the strings of my line 6 variax jtv-69(Blue one) and when I take off all the old strings floyd rose stay in incorrect place so I unscrew two big bolts in the back holding the springs of the floyd rose. I put the new strings, screw the bolts back and now my "Alternate Tunning" sound out of tune only Drop D is ok rest sounds flat (out of tune). If someone has simillar problem please help me tell me how to fix it. Thank you
