I've tried that...Joystick encoder, switching between model > and selection, but nothing changes....I can move the knob up, down and sideways, but when I scroll it, it scrolls, but, nothing happen in the display

Hey guys, the big volume knob on my board won't work when I use the headphones, why's that?? And the knob on the left of that knob when u use to switch between different sounds amps and stuff, doesn't work either, what I mean by that is it won't scroll, it scrolls, but it won't change in between different the different amps and effects... hope u guys understand what I mean....

Ok, i create my presets through an active amp, and a pair of great headphones. When i use regular monitor on the floor, it sounds great. I use shure se425 in ear system, and akg beltpack and system. When i plug in to this system, my guitar sounds like i’m playing through a mini amp sound terrible, i guess it have a lot to do with have the eq’s are set on the board and so on.

I’m using in ear, but when i plug the helix to the bosrd, the sound in my in ear was bad, really bad... i have good in ear set, so i wondering, the sound guy have to find the sound i want of course, but, is there anything in the settings on the helix board i must do as well??? Help!!

I'm using Westone UM Pro 10, and AKG IVM 4500, the monitor's on stage sounds just great, i guess we have to take some time to really set the in ear sound once more.

Hey guys. I have Q about in ear monitors. I have been using in ear all the time Live on stage, but after i start using Helix, the sound in my ear is terrible...it sound like i play through a mini mini amp with a tiny speaker, so i had to go back to monitors on stage...is there any settings on the board i have to do for this? I have no power amp on stage, just straight to the mixer.

Thanx a lot. I got the sound i wanted...and i had to tweek the treble as well to get the right sound i was looking for, and i was pretty satisfied with the 57 mic. Back home, i run this through a JBL active monitor, just to get the sound. Live, straight into the mixer, and we have such a big JBL PA system, so I'm not worried about that. Simple Delay works just fine for a slapback delay. I got the picture of how i should do it now to get that kind of sound, so thanx again

Hey Guys, I trying to get that typical Paisley sound (ex. All i want was a car) that song and many others he has that typical kind of sound. (Dr. Z) I have tried all kinds of sounds on the board, but they are a little bit to crunchy, how do i get that dry punchy sound...?? I have an Fender Telecaster Paisley road worn on this.

Does anybody else had some problem with download this file? Its unzip file, sometime it comes up as an zip, but it won't open, and sometimes it comes up wit just a file...empty..

Hey guy, i just bought Glenn De Laune ir`s-patches volume 2, but when i try to upload to the Helix, it won't do it. The IR`s are just "white paper" when i open the folder, so it looks like its nothing there. Do i need a special program/app or something to open each ir in the folder? please help me out here. Its also says, that my computer is not authorized, but it is..i have also authorized it with the line 6 license manager....but does that support Helix?

Hey guys, i need some help here. I have one week to set up my helix board, maybe this sound stupid, but i cant figure out how... i know how to find the sounds and put them in the signal chain, but it sound strange, and how do i put the different sounds signals into the differents patches?
