Thank you all for the support. Last night I finally resolved. The problem was that it did not load the file from the server, so it went looking for local (but it was not present). So I put the file in the local string and started the update .. thank you very much. Ale

Hello, I have a problem, I can not update the Firmware from 2.54 to 2.60. Did it happen to someone? I bought the used Helix yesterday and the old owner has already deleted the product line6 from his account. I recorded the Helix on my account .. how can I do? thank you all
