Boot failure. Entered update mode. I am stuck here.
During the update it stopped at this point, as expected. But it stuck here for about 4 hours, until my laptop eventually went dead. Now when I open the line 6 updater no devices appear. I have uninstalled and re-installed the updater with no success. I have tried resetting the helix by holding in buttons 7&8 and/or 9&10 and it still leads to the “Boot failure. Entered update mode“ screen.
I am starting to dig into the forums myself, but I’m more musician than I am IT man, so any suggestions on what do try next would be appreciated.
