I need support,
After backup from 2.92 (which was successfull) I tried to restore backup, result ==> failure message documented in picture below.
Than I started installation of new version 3.0, result OK!!
I did than a backup of 3.0 message was OK.
After this I stared restore from backup and it failled again.
USER 2 Folder
Furthermore in the USER2 folder a preset can not be renamed or even stored with other settings.
Some preset names are not correctly showen simply ==> nothing - or- ? -
Additional remark:
I never did a total reset, I bought this device in November 2018, since this time I never had problems.
If I remember right the last restore from backup I tried on version 2.80 and this was working.
All other functions are currently working, but .... => that restore from backup is not working makes me more than nervoes.
To me it seems that maybe a memory device inside the Helix is some how damaged.
