Just updated to 3.1 and didn't get the Mandarin Rocker or any of the new effects? Can anyone help?

I’m using the whirlwind imp2 and a Samson xp115a. Ive tried everything. I mean at least from adjustable settings on everything.

So I’ve been running my stomp at home through my computer with a 1/4” into my interface. I brought a PA speaker and DI Box home from work to test out the differences in sound. Anyone else feel like their tone is muffled or just lower in volume? I’ve got the speaker and stomp cranked and it’s not even close to blowing me away. And my presets seems to be pushing lower outputs as well. Can anyone help? Maybe my settings? They’re all set to line.

Hello, I'm a newbie to the whole HX family. I just got the stomp and I can't find the HX Edit software. My firmware is updated and whatnot. I know I don't need it but I'd like to have it just for the sake to try new things. If anyone can help I'd appreciate it.
