Hi every body, sorry for my poor english , i'm Fabrizio from Rome Italy and i have a little (not so) problem. When i try to import preset in my helix ( drag and drop or chosing file after press import) i read importing in the slot that i choose but the process never end and the Helix doesn't charge the preset. A message on the screen appear : "model specified in the file not recognized" or sometimes other message "uri is incompatible with data".
I'm on windows 7 with 2.71 firmware e hx edit updated at latest version.
Anyone know's what can i do?
