    Good day. I want to ask if you have the same problem as me or if you have solved it as well. The point is that when I download the Spider Remote application on Mac OS X, I download the installation file and after the installation tells me everything was successful. But when I'm looking for an app on a Mac, it's not there, and the installation file wants me to install it again. Do you know how to fix it?
