Does this void the warranty?

It sounds like something is rattling around inside my helix, when I tilt it I can hear it moving around inside the unit. Is this cause for alarm? I just shipped it across the country for a gig, since its still working I don't think its worth it to file a UPS claim yet. Has this happened to anyone? I can't have it shorting out on me during a gig.
