  1. Oh man. That's the whole reason I bought the Mission!
  2. Thanks @codamediaI tried that but it's still not super smooth.
  3. I've attached my Mission EP1-L6 to the HX Effects and I think I've set up the routing appropriately. I'm getting volume control, but it's a very sharp increase in volume and then not much. How do I set it up so that the sweep gets used more effectively? Here's a photo of my setup, with where I think the volume is. Even when the Position is set to Curve, it's a very sharp initial increase.
  4. On some presets, in the volume setting, my expression pedal is at zero in the heel position and at 100 in the toe slot. And it sounds this way. But in other presets, even though it looks like it's at 0/100 in the heel/toe settings, it sounds like it's at 20% in the heal, dips and gets louder. I've read about using TS vs TRS cables, but I have a Mission EP1-L6 and this just takes a regular instrument cable. Plus it seems to work fine in some settings. Why are there inconsistencies between presets, and how can I sort this out? I can add screenshots if necessary.
  5. This is me still trying to wrap my head around this thing. :P
  6. I can't remember now, but I think it was latching and I set it to momentary and it worked! Thanks! Sorry - I kept going an now I've put my unit into another preset. I think I need to read the manual!!!
  7. Hi there, I'm sorry to ask such a simple question here, but I couldn't find what I was looking for. I'm trying to assign my Mission ES1-L6 to be a volume controller on the preset in the attached screenshot. From what I can see expression pedal 2 should be able to control the volume (and I've verified that the Mission is plugged into expression pedal 2), but it doesn't seem to be doing anything. Is there something else I need to do? If I look at my scribble strips, I only see the effects listed, but not the volume pedal. Should I see it listed in one of the strips?
  8. Thanks! Makes sense. For me all my stuff centers around improv to some extent and I'll change presets depending on how I'm feeling so I want to make sure tap tempo won't change from preset to preset.
  9. I have two presets that both use delay. If I set the tap tempo on one and then switch to the other, I get the tempo that I had previously set on the second preset. Is there a way to get the tap tempo that I had set on the first to be inherited by the second?
  10. I believe scenes are used to stack a handful of effects together... that's one scene. And you can switch between scenes. So instead of having to turn delay on, modify its settings, turn chorus on and modify its settings..... for a particular sound, you have multiple effects/settings saved into a scene. Then you switch between these. I really like what I think this feature does. I say that because I don't actually have this unit, but my Boss ME-30 does that. I'm just looking for something a bit more advanced.
