I have a mac running OS Catalina 10.15.7 i down load the installer for catalyst update. I click to open and get this message "There is no application set to open the document “Catalyst_60_100_200_v2.01.0-rc7_0xc64b692(1).ctf”. i have tried using Safari and Firefox to open update and get the same message. Thanks for any help!!!

Had the same problem downloading from the Line6 updater. Unplug usb, power down and do everything again. Magic!!! No more 3.50 Boot Failure, Entered Update Mode!!!

I have just bought a new helix lt. Is the preset knob supposed to click like the joystick? I sometimes have to push it 3 or 4 times to get it to work. When i push the joy stick, it is set up off the helix and works with 1 push. The preset knob sits right down on the helix and I need to push multiple times to get it to change the lcd. There is no click when I push it, it seems like it is set too low to work properly? Are both knobs supposed to be set at the same height? It seems like something is not quite right with my preset knob! Thanks Much!!
