Been having an issue creating a preset and i saved the first snapshot when im going to create another snapshot and save it the settings of the other snapshot doesn’t save even though i have the snapshots control on in Every parameter amd discard edits are off any one with this issue?

line 6 helix floor won't connect with hx edit on Mac and windows even though with another us cable. and when it connect it stays connect for a few minutes and it disconnects and it does that several times and the helix floor and then while its connect with the usb cable on hx edit it also start glitchin it freezes.help somebody I've tried to open a ticked but it won't let me
