  1. Not a bad suggestion in of itself, but it would still leave me carrying around a dead, dangling foot pedal.
  2. I'm surprised and pleased to learn that you're right, they will treat it as a warranty repair! I put in a support ticket and they already responded (late on a Friday!) and the process has begun. Dang, that was quick!
  3. My LT's expression pedal just broke. Very disappointing - I've had the unit for a few years but I've never used the pedal much. I haven't opened it up yet, but I found a bunch of Youtube videos showing what I'm certain is the exact same problem: the bracket that holds the pin/axle has broken off the case. Apparently this is a design weakness and is a common point of failure. Some of the videos show homemade fixes involving fashioning a new bracket and bolting it on to the inside of the case. They all describe it as "easy", but I'm not sure I have the tools, materials, and skill to do it. Here's one of the videos: I'm guessing I'm not the only one here who has had to deal with this. My question is, What did you do, and what do you think I should do? I'm thinking of getting and external expression pedal that I can also use with my HX Stomp, but that doesn't really solve the LT problem.
  4. I recently upgraded the hard disk drive in my computer to a solid state drive. Now Native won't start properly - I get error messages: Failed to connect to DSP engine. (Device has not been initialized properly. [code -8201]) and Failed to get favorite names. Service is not online. [code -8207] I suppose the hardware change somehow invalidated my authorization, but the computer is the same, only the disk has changed. What should I do to resolve this? Must I de-authorize and re-authorize this computer? I hate to waste one of my limited lifetime authorizations when it's the same computer.
