Hello Somebodyelse! Success! Thanks for the help! I followed your instructions: 1. I updated the firmware of my Pod to 1.4 with the Updater Software 2. Performed Factory Reset 3. Install the latest version of the Pod Go Edit software and used it to update my Pod Go Firmware to 2.0.1. I was in serious panic mode the other day but I'm back in business! Thanks for the help! Al

Greetings, I tried to update to Firmware Version 2.0. I downloaded the firmware and attempted the update but my Pod Go was stuck on "updating" screen on the unit for almost 30min so I gave up...I regret doing that. I tried restarting the whilst holding down buttons C and D simultaneously, but the Pod Go will not go past the screen where "Will reset, Globals, Presets, IRs..." is displayed in the upper left corner of the display screen. I also tried restarting while holding down buttons A and B simultaneously, but the Pod go gets stuck with a message that reads "Will Clear Globals, Presets, IRs..." on the screen. Finally, I restarted the unit whilst holding down the Page Right button and the screen went grey. At this point I plugged in my USB cable and started the pod Go Edit Software but the software would not detect my Pod Go. I repeated all of the above procedures after uninstalling and re-installing the Pod Go Edit software but I get the same results. I am at a loss and would greatly welcome some help. Thank you, Al
