Can anyone help me figure out why I can no longer access cloud tones using any of my spider remote software? I can log in to my account, connect to my Spider V120 amp, connect to and use my saved tones online, but can no longer search for tones on the cloud. I can type search text, and the software looks likes its trying to find tones in the cloud, but after briefly spinning, only “No Tones Found” shows up. Tried Spider Remotes on my Mac, iPhone, and my iPad, but all cloud searches from within my Spider Remotes produces the same “No Tones Found” error.
