I’m pretty sure I bought a cheap replacement power supply from Amazon for £15 after the original one had problems and as you rightly say after a year it starts failing. A genuine replacement costs £55!

Hi Ive Suddenly started having problems booting up the box. It starts ‘booting’ then makes a clicking noise and starts the process again. Eventually it starts but there is obviously something is starting to fail. Anyone know what this clicking sound is and is it repairable?

Silverhead I’m using 2.0 from the back panel but it’s saying the device is malfunctioning. i followed the procedure and backed up. I back up regularly but can’t connect to restore or repeat the whole procedure!

Hi all Updated HX edit then the HX effects unit but now my win 7 computer says 'usb device not recognised'. I tried another factory reset but now lost all my presets! Anyone else had this?

Ok factory reset and restored! But on gig Saturday night it failed twice! Once coming out of tuning and once just changing preset. Rebooted ok but the pain of about to start the next song and realising it’s crashed! I know I’m working it quite hard as I use a different pedalboard for each song but surely this shouldn’t happen?

Do you have to do that after every update? I didn't know Will do that and report back! cheers

I play in a covers band and use a different snapshot for each song so I’m constantly clicking! I’ve got the buttons set to ‘press’ not ‘touch’ because that seemed to send it into a frenzy sometimes. It’s a recent thing so I’m wondering if it could be a update thing? love the sounds on this thing but really not sure about it now!

Hi everyone I'm getting a serious problem with HX effects where all effects cut out and i'm left with the dry guitar. This can happen when I change presets or tune up. The only way out is to reboot but obviously on a gig it's disaster! Anyone out there got any ideas or have the same problem? Stan
