I dont think this is the problem. I think my IP address is blocked from line6.com because when i go to the websote on my laptop, my browser tell me he cant find the line6.com IP address, but if i activate a VPN, i can access to the website

Hi, yesterday i buy a Pod GO, so i download the Pod Go Edit, and when i sign in, it said me "Cannot reache servers. Make sure this computer is connected to the internet". But i'm connected on the internet. Also, another problem, i can't go to the line 6 website without a VPN. When i go to the site, Google say me "Unable to find line6.com IP adress", and when i activate the vpn, it works. I think my IP adress was blocked from line6.com, but idk why. Anyone can help me pls ?
