I've had my HX Effects for about a year and I never had any issues with it.
Recently I was playing at my church. Normally I run the HX straight into my amp, but I decided to use a DI straight to the board.
It sounded a little too clean and I wanted to give it some distortion. I have a preset with 3 overdrives (1 is always on), but even with all 3 it didn't do much. When I went to adjust the gain on the pedals the knob wouldn't change anything. If I clicked it, it would respond, but turning it wouldn't do anything.
Is the knob broken, or should I just reset the board and it should work again?
