hi after the update to 2.92 I encountered problems with the presets I performed a restore but the problems remained. So I decided to downgrade to 2.82 but after reboot it crashes when loading presets (rebuilding preset 385). I can no longer do anything the software does not detect the device, Is there a possibility of a factory hardware reset? thank you
