  1. Customer support got me sorted super quick... I did a preset purge and than restored factory setlists and everything is working again. I didn't have any presets saved so this was an easy fix. If I did I would have done a backup first. How to get those back? No idea, that would be a topic for another thread:) Thanks to all of you that jumped in here!
  2. I'm going crazy. Running Helix Native on a Mac Studio M2 Ultra running the latest version of Logic Pro. OS Version: Sequoia 15.1 I've searched high and low and can't find anything on this. If a post exists on this somewhere, my apologies. Perhaps you could direct me. I hadn't used Native in a while and it wouldn't load properly so I deleted it and did a fresh install. The plugin loads but every time I try and open a preset I get this error: HELIX NATIVE Failed to load preset. Could not decrypt the asset. [code -1116] I've done multiple fresh instals after deleting all related files. I've double checked that the plugin is authorized. I just can't get this working. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
  3. I was a little confused by that too...but as I just mentioned to him, I use it in my studio almost everyday. On top of what it's intended to do, all of the IO makes it a great interface when recording....I'll have more videos coming showcasing it as a studio tool...
  4. I actually use it almost everyday in my studio. I like the signal routing it has. Makes for a good audio interface in the studio. I cycle between this and an FM9 while incorporating real tube amps. It's been a great tool.
  5. I actually hadn't realized anyone had responded... :)
  6. It only took me 9 years to finally try a Helix. What took me so long? Here is my honest thoughts after using it for 30 days:
