So it turns out my helix just had a loose connecter in the power area i had my tech look at it. Thank Fing god.

God i;m so nervous and upset right now if thats the case. I'm not touching it at all

Can the Helix be salvaged if its the PSU? I absolutely can not lose it and i cant afford a new one

Hello, I was wondering if anyone can help me out with my Helix that is not turning on? I updated to 3.50 and everything went fine then all of the sudden bam its dead. I have tried different power cables and such. I do hear a fan that is running though when i press the power button. I bought my Helix back in 2020 but the warranty just expired back in August so im pretty upset about that. I opened a Support ticket and now waiting for a response. Thank you for your help.
