    I am having the same issue. Have a Mid-2012 MacBook Pro with El Capitan and I could update the firmware, and can for about a minute get the Helix Beta Patch Manager to connect, but as soon as I try and export or backup and patch, setlist, and/or bundle it disconnects and crashes.
