Have been trying for three hours to download the updated firmware via 'Edit', as advised. USB link to my laptop didn't work so used my Microsoft surface tablet. After over an hour showing "downloading firmware" a message indicating that the Pod Go was being rebooted to prepare for updating appeared. It has not progressed past this point for over and hour. I need to utilise my tablet for teaching purposes! HEEEELP!!!!
