Thank you for your patient!!! I read a lot of posibilities, but nothing could fix the Problem?! When I start the Updater the screen is just black and it is written "Select device to update" - but there is nothing to select? UPDATE: USB-Cable was not in the Helix!!! SORRY! It works!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!

It seems to be a known failure! I tried all the recommandations, but nothing is working! Deinstall the Helix Driver, Changing cable, try other USB-Port, Tap the FS6 and FS12. Helix is connecting when i atache the Helix, but the HX Edit will not connect and on the Display from the Helix it is shown the message: Boot failure, Entered Update Mode! How can I start the Helix again? No chance to start the device!!! PLEASE HELP!
