  1. Hey, thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, I'm not sure this post will help me. The built in audio works fine when I select that as the driver, but I use my Helix as my primary audio interface and always have. Cubase (and the Macbook) detect my Helix, and I'm able to switch the driver successfully to either the Helix or the Built-In just fine. When its on my Helix though, I get the above mentioned error message and no output audio is showing on the meter. If I'm missing something, please let me know. As far as the Line 6 and Steinberg partnership, I don't believe the issue is between these two apps, rather between the Helix driver and Mac Tahoe update (somehow).
  2. Hello, Running the latest update for Helix on my LT - 3.800. MacBook is running Tahoe, and the issue started after I updated the OS. My Cubase Elements 11 is fully updated as well, however I don't believe it is the culprit. I changed no settings with my project, however after the Tahoe update, Cubase does not detect any sound. The Helix is working (I can hear guitar tones via my headphone output), and the Mac will recognize it as an output and send sound through the Helix if I set it as the default output device. When attempting to record on Cubase, I get the message "Recording Error: ASIO driver is not running." All other project settings and indicators point to Cubase being set up correctly, except the Helix just won't record or output sound. When looking at similar issues (like the one below) the driver was at fault. Another interesting thing I noticed: On Cubase, pre-Tahoe the inputs and outputs were labeled as "Output 1/8" but now they are labeled as "channels". I will apologize in advance if I am missing something obvious. I know I can likely roll back the Tahoe update to get it working again, but I am just trying to bring attention to the issue for a fix for future users.
