I’ve read both manuals again and watched a few videos, I think both are set correct. I’ve managed to call up presets via ”Bank/Prog (Program Change)” in the Command Center. It calls up the preset, but then I can’t turn it of. I wanna press once to engage the preset, press again and disengage the preset. Any idea?

Hi! I have the HX One before the HX Stomp in my signal chain. I want to call up presets in the HX One with the three footswitches on the HX Stomp (in stomp mode). I can not make it work. I’ve tried via command center on the Stomp but I guess I’m missing something…? It’s no problem to call up presets with the MC8, but in this case it’s not what I want to do. Any suggestions? What YouTube-video could I’ve possibly have missed…?

I’m looking for a good solderer, hoping I can borrow from a friend. I’ve tried my other power suppleant and it makes no difference. Thanks for helping me out!

Thank you so much for the support! Yes I bought it knowing it was broken (for like 40$), but I’m a curious man and I was tempted to give it a try. I dont know how hard it is to fry a board but it looks clean and connection is good around the USB. I’ll try to remove it and give it a go.

Bought a used HX Stomp the other week. Previous owner says he has changed the USB-connector (not saying why though) on the PCB, and after that the Stomp won't start. And yes, the Stomp doesn't start, and also it looks like the connector has been swapped out. When trying to start, the screen makes a very quick flash, then nothing happens. No matter how long I wait it won't boot. I've tried to press and hold in different combinations to reset, update and son on, nothing happens. I can not connect to HX Edit or Line 6 Updater. It's tempting to get a new USB-connector and make a swap, but. When I check the connections from the connector to the PCB, it seems ok. I have a second Stomp that I can compare with and as far as my understanding I can not find anything wrong. (My second Stomp has no problem with connection to Edit or Updater). I've read so many posts about Updater and my guess is that it's a problem with firmware, but I don't know. It's hard to know when I can't connect to Updater. Sorry for a long post. Anyone have an idea of what might cause this problem? Best regards
