Does the Roland GK-3, when paired with the Boss GP-10, work like a Variax as far as guitar modeling?

I've been wanting to custom create my own guitar and I was wondering if Line 6 sells a Variax kit to install on one's own guitar. If so, could someone kindly direct me on how to find and purchase one, please?
