Greetings all, I just purchased a Helix LT used from a buddy. I'm attempting to download some awesome presets from the customtone library. It tells me that I need to register to do this. When I attempt to register the unit it is telling me that the ESN cannot be found. How can I register my new Helix LT that was previously registered? Any help would be greatly appriciated. THank you,
