Line 6 fixed this big. They added a paging control at the bottom. Sorting still doesn’t work, but it’s a lot more usable now.

I called the design stupid. Which it is. I said nothing about their developers. This is what I do for a living, so I know how incredibly simple it would be to add it and it really bothers me that other items such as their sort feature is obviously broken. It’s speaks to pretty shoddy qa work. By the way, I have a sense of humor. You’re just not nearly as funny as you believe you are.

Or to make it even easier... 1) Browse to CUSTOMTONE 2) Note the names of the 10 presets listed (the default sort is by Rating) 3) Now sort by Song 4) You'll notice that a preset named "Delay Streets" comes up in the list after sorting by Song. That preset is not in the original list of presets that are displayed in step 2 above

You ARE being contentious and, frankly, gaslighting. But here are the steps to reproduce the issue. 1) Browse to CUSTOMTONE for the HX Effects. 2) The list shows 10 presets 3) Search for "pink" 4) This list shows 4 pages of presets for the HX Effects and the ability to move from one page to the next with pagination controls at the bottom So that means, there are at least 40 presets in CUSTOMTONE, but it only shows a maximum of 10 on the CUSTOMTONE front page (non-search page) with no means to page from one page of results to the next. You can do the same for Catalyst. 1) Browse to CUSTOMTONE for Catalyst 2) The list shows 10 presets 3) Use Find in Page and search for "hurricane" 4) You'll see that there is no preset which contains the word "hurricane" 5) Now, in the search field, type "hurricane" 6) One result comes up even though that result was not in the list of 10 results displayed when you first open CUSTOMTONE I'm a software engineer. I've been a software engineer for 32 years. Part of being of software engineer means knowing how to unit test your own code, so I have a lot of experience finding and fixing bugs. This is a bug.

It's terrible. Sorting doesn't work. There is no pagination when browsing CUSTOMTONES when not searching, but there IS pagination when you're searching. For instance, if I go to CUSTOMTONES for HX Effects, there are 10 presets. If I search for "PINK", there are 3 pages of presets which match the search term "PINK". Hard to believe this made it past their QA people.

I know for a fact there there are more than 10 presets uploaded to CUSTOMTONE for the Catalyst. I guess the only to find them is to search for something that you don't even know exists. What a stupid design.

I'm trying to browse through the presets available in the CUSTOMTONES section for the Catalyst. There are only 10 presets on the page. I've also searched for presets and some of the presets I've searched for aren't part of those 10 presets that are displayed in the CUSTOMTONES page for Catalyst. How do you scroll from one page of presets to the next? I don't see any previous or next buttons.
