Hi all! Hopefully you can help me out here. This just happened last night when i turn the helix on the scribble strips are blank and the led lights are off, i can switch to different preset but its also blank and no light.
Now if i wait for a bit both of the strip shows all the presets and there are some lights, but its unresponsive, however the screen says which patch that is currently on. Also the knobs are not working too.
I have tried to plug it in different power outlet, restarted the unit, factory reset the unit, and re updating from 3.71 back to 3.80.
