Thanks both. Yeah, definitely want to keep it simple - Guitar into HX into IR-200 into Desk. I’m sure there’ll be an amp and cab that I can work with. Thanks for your help!

Bit of a random question but I’m struggling to find the answer anywhere. I use a HX Effects unit in my setup and usually plug it into my amp, however my band are doing a gig with a silent stage after Christmas so I’m looking at how best to do things. My mate has a Boss IR-200 that he’s getting rid of, and I’m thinking of picking it up to connect to my HX Effects to basically replace the Amp/Cab. My question is: would that work? And if so, I assume I would run the HX Effects into it and have it last in the chain?
