  1. Ha! I tried swapping out pedals, swapping out guitars, swapping out power supplies......swapping out cables was not on my radar! I will avoid becoming a Pilot, Doctor, or Quality Control expert. Thank you again!
  2. You are a genius! In a million years, I never would have suspected the cables. I can't thank you enough!
  3. Thank you! It solves one problem but creates another. When I turn the mix down to zero, I now get sound. Now however, the sound is the same whether I engage the FX loop footswitch or not. The same is true if I set the mix to 50% or 0%. It's like the Klon is engaged no matter what. In addition, the tone and gain control on the Klon make zero difference no matter how extreme I adjust them. Is there some other setting I need to tweak?
  4. I'm somewhat of a novice, but I wanted to hook up my Klon KTR externally to my Helix LT. I created a block using the effects loop, ran a cable from Send 1 to the input on the Klon, and another cable from the out of the Klon to Return 1 on the Helix. The Klon is turned on. I get no sound when I click the FX Block on the Helix. I get sound when it is not engaged. What did I screw up? What do I do? Thank you!
  5. Thanks to Schmalle!!!!! His recommendation did exactly what I want! Thank you!
  6. Thank you. All three pedals are assigned to different foot switches.
  7. By the way, I forgot to mention it is a Helix LT.
  8. I'm a newbie so you can't laugh at this question. I have a preset with three OD's. Heir Apparent, Timmy, Screamer 808. When I step on a pedal, I would like the screen to show the setting for THAT pedal that I just stepped on, but instead, I step on the Timmy and it still shows the settings for the Screamer. The display almost seems random for which pedal it shows at the bottom of the screen. I want the pedal I just stepped on. I need this when I'm trying to dial in the preset. Do I need to change a global setting? Thanks for any help!
  9. Thank you! Yes, I've learned to use snapshots to accomplish much of what you mention, but your input makes me love my Helix LT even more! If you say it can be done, it can be done. Now, I won't give up when I get frustrated. I know it can be done. Thanks to all!
  10. I absolutely love my Helix LT, and I've watched hours of YouTube, but have a question that is probably easy for some of you. I have eight stomp box "windows" I can see on my LT. I'm pretty sure I have more blocks than that in the chain. If I have a pedal that is always on, like a reverb, can I assign that to a block, but not a footswitch, enabling me to use more pedals that I can see in stomp mode? Essentially, I could go from eight pedals to nine by just hiding that pedal that is "always on." Is that possible?

    Delay

Thank you! Now I'm getting close. You guys understand this stuff much better than I do, so I didn't know I wanted two delays, but that got me really close. Basically, what I'm trying to to is create the Live Aid version of U2 Bad. All I know is that I need 437ms, dotted eighth, and one repeat, and the repeat has to be as loud as the original note (that's how I got there with my Boss DD20). I've been playing with Pod Go delay settings for 3 hours, and I'm really close by using the dual delay. I discovered I need to set the left mix at about 60% and the right mix at 10%. I have no idea what that means, but for some reason it makes it sound right. Close. I bought a U2 Bad patch, and it was horrible, so I figured I would try to do this myself. You got me much closer than the guy selling patches! If one of you can create this patch and make it sound like U2 at Live Aid, I'm a buyer! Thank you for your help.

    Delay

Thanks for the help! Tapping it in like the first suggestion didn't work for me, so I'll try this and report back. I have a Boss DD-20 that makes it very simple to dial in 440ms and add a dotted eighth. I'm surprised for all the capability of the Pod Go, I can't do something relatively simple like this. Thanks again!

    Delay

What if I want to set it to 440ms and dotted 8th at the same time? (U2 Bad). Once I go to dotted 8th, I lose ability to set time????? Do I have to tap it in?
