Hi, i’m Ozan Dogan Ariz. Session- touring musician from Turkey. I bought Helix lt on March 2022. I’m on tour and i’ve played near 80 concerts since March and it’s really amazing but i have some problems with “tap” and c 3 keys for 2 weeks. We’re playing with metronome and i’m using tap tempo for every song. But when i use tap, it’s working different bpm to my foot tap and sometimes, i tap to c3 button and it’s open and then out of order. How can i fix it? I’m on tour and now helix is my main pedal board. best regards
