On any of the delays with a time (in ms) for delay, just scroll the knob all the way to the right and the ms will change to delay time in musical intervals (whole, half, quarter, eighth, dotted eighth, etc.). Set to a dotted eighth note, then tap the tempo along with the song or tempo you're aiming for.
