  1. This is it exactly. I assumed that the Multi set would pick up the Aux just... nothing. I have a Nux wireless unit as well and both it and the G10 work into the inputs on any other amp I have laying around, just can't get the Aux-in on the back of the Rack unit to pick anything up and was wondering if there was something buried in the settings somewhere. I have to use the desk for my job so it's nice to have it without the transmitter sitting in the middle of where I work/have books out, etc. Maybe the title should have been "Aux-in on Helix rack not picking up any signal"?
  2. Hey folks, this may be a simple first question but I am at my wits end with something I thought would be simple. I am new to a Helix rack after years of plugging a cable into a tube amp. I have this properly set up through a powered Fender FR-12 Tonemaster FRFR speaker and as long as I put a cable into the guitar in on the front everything works. After my teenage daughter tripped on a cable and sent my montior speaker flying I would like to go to a wireless setup and have bought a Line6 Relay G10. with limited desk space as this is also where I do my job I would like to plug this into the back of the rack unit. I have read this can go into the Aux but, again, I can only get the wireless to connect and make sound when plugged in via the guitar in on the front of the rack unit. I have checked the inputs on the presets I am using and all are set to Multi. When I try to change these to just Aux then, as expected, the guitar in also stops taking signal. Is there a trick to getting the Aux inputs to receive signal? I have it plugged in via the 1/4" inputs instead of the balanced but thought this the more straightforward option and didn't expect that to make a difference. All help appreciated!
