I am having an issue updating to 3.70 also. I've done a factory reset on the Helix. I've downloaded the 3.70 installer and it says it installs successfully. But then when I restart Helix HX it is still version 3.60 and then tells me there's an update available, and it hasn't updated to 3.70. Still on 3.60. So I can't update the firmware on the Helix until I update Helix HX to 3.70. I'm on Mac running Sonoma 14.2.1. Thanks!
