Just wondering if people have purchased amps are having the same kind of support issues as I’ve experienced since buying the Spider V20 10 days ago
-spider remote on my laptop crashes a few seconds after opening
-created a ticket, promised to be answered within 3 business days… no response yet on day 4
-no link provided to me for the free recording software advertised
-deinstalled the remote software and drivers… went back and trying to reload the software (version 2) to reinstall… the site now will not let me download version 2… version 1 or anything else…
-the amp works ok… but I made the purchase because the spider remote was supposedly going to give me access to many other tones…
I am very, very disappointed at this point.
