That doesn’t tell you ALL the places. For example, the library files etc. zero luck with support as well. Been a week, no answers. I’m a HUGE Helix supporter, have several variaxes and a ton of Line6 products. This is the first time Line 6 has let all of us down, soooo many people having this issue and no solutions on line.

It’s crashing every daw and soundgrid, I have a trashcan mac fully loaded, and unfortunately, the latest OS (Sur 11.6 at the time of this writing). at first it was just not loading presets. then after deleting the plugs and reinstalling, it was running performance meters crazy high and clicking on the plug would cause the Daw to “poof” i upgraded to 11.6 and any daw would load and crash with a HN plugin inserted. so I pulled it out. if anyone knows ALL of the places it installs to and where it keeps it’s libraries etc., so I could delete if totally off the system and start from scratch, that would be awesome. All I have so far is the different plug locations installs.

Here's what the issue was: The selector switch ws so compressed into the guitar that it wouldn't actuate. I finally pulled the pot up and the thing lit up. Everything is fine now. Just have to come up with a way to keep the selector higher.

After a nightmare of updating, the Helix is at the latest and the variax is at the latest. All my other varies work fine with Helix, but the JTV89 just stopped lighting up. It works fine with the HD500, the selectors change in the apps, but it flat out refuses to light up (other than a quick blink at the start). This all stated when I started doing updates. Rolling back has not solved anything. and the HUGE annoyance not being able to update the Variax through the Helix, is yet another in a long line of frustrations with my Line 6 Equipment. Soft reset worked once, but not anymore.
