I have the POD HD500x connected through USB to iMac running OSX Big Sur 11.4. I run POD HD500x Edit and it says "Could not detect a POD HD500x connected to your computer. POD HD500x Edit will run in offline mode."
Tried the Line 6 Monkey app but it will not run on Big Sur and says the developer needs to update the app.
I check the system report on the Mac and it says the system sees the USB 3 port has the POD HD500x connected:

Vendor ID: 0x0e41
Version: 0.00

Any idea how to get the POD HD500x Edit to see the POD HD500x?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
