  1. It worked, many thanks for the information. Mine was delivered with 3.60 installed. Didn't have a look at the update, wasn't sure if it could possibly be a hardware issue and I have to send it back. Thanks once more, Oliver

Hi Folks, I got my HX One today and hooked it up for a first test in exactly that way: Synth -> HX One -> Mixer Synth is connected in stereo, inputs and outputs on the HX One are set to line level, I/O config to stereo. When playing a mono sound on the synth thru the HX the left channel of the try signal coming to the mixer is about 6dB quieter than the right channel. This is also the case when bypassing the effect with bypass type ‘DSP’. The full wet signal seems to be ok. When connecting the synth directly to the mixer or switch to bypass with type set to ‘true’, both channels have the same level in the mixer. Maybe I did something wrong with the setup, but it seems to be ok for me. Can someone please check that on your HX One, just to be save that mine isn’t broken somehow.
