I have recently purchased a Helix Floor and cannot get my Snapshot edits to save. I'm trying to adjust the output volume and effects settings between snapshots. When I switch between Snapshots, settings return across all Snapshots. . I have tried saving the preset but it does not hold. I have checked the Global setting for Snapshot Edits and it is set to Recall. Should be an easy and common question but I'm having a hard time finding the answer.

After purchasing some WT presets I cant change the output volumes between Snapshots. I've gone into the Bypass/Controller assign and changed it to Snapshot but it still doesn't change between Snapshots. Whatever I set it to in 1 Snapshot changes it for all of them. Anyone know what the fix is?
