Any thoughts on setting EQ on your "real" amp to accept stomp amp settings, I've got a Fender Bassman and Blues Jr.

Hi, I just picked up a HX Stomp. One issue that's bugging me. Stand alone, plugged into my amps, everything's nice and quiet. When I attached other pedals, still nice and quiet. No excess hum or noise on the amps. When I'm connected to the PC I get a hum on one amp, and a hissing on the other. No noise on the headphones (perfectly clean). Any ideas? Is it grounding? Thanks
