  1. Line 6 support is incredible ! I contact the support, they answered me in 15 minutes, to contact the nearest service center for a replacement. I went to give my broken Helix on friday. And because it's holyday time, the new one arrived today (wednesday). Thank you Line 6 !
  2. I have had the problem this morning. My Helix Is a 2018 second hand, but I have the invoice. I opened a ticket to the support. Hope they'll help me. Any recent return on this problem ?
