After two years working perfectly the alternate tunings are now playing a mix of standard and alternate tunings notes on each string. It is all coming through the amplifier and occurs even if I create a new custom tuning. I have tried a factory reset as described in the manual but this didn't work. Any ideas what may have gone wrong?
