Has anyone used SonoBus to jam with other people over the internet with their Helix? I'm using my Helix floor as my interface also. Everything seems to work well as far as latency is concerned, but my guitar level through the Helix is crazy loud compared to whoever I'm playing with. I have them all the way up and me way down in SonoBus. Is there a way to lower my preset/amp output but not them, who are coming through the Helix as my interface? Does that make any sense at all? I'm using a Mac Mini, latest operating system, Helix Floor/controlled by Helix Edit. I know this is a long shot.

Hi all...I'm new to the Helix Floor but have also started using it as my audio interface. I used to record using Bias FX 2, and I was able to change amps/etc. at will since I was using a plug-in and the guitar signal was recorded dry. If I'm using the Helix for my guitar tones how can I do that? Won't I be committing that certain guitar sound/amp when I record it? Some other info...I record on a Mac Mini, using Logic and Reaper. Thanks!

Seems like everything is working now after I updated the firmware. It was on 3.60 but now I have 3.71. Thanks all!

Hi all, I'm brand new to Helix world, and really Line 6. I just got mine hooked up...set to "Line" using 2 JBL monitors. I've noticed that certain presets don't make any sounds...a good number of them actually. I've tested the volume on everything so that's not the issue. Expression pedal is at 100%. Also, does it take some a bit to load? I'm used to wait for programs like Superior Drummer to load presets, but as I mentioned Helix and amp modeling is largely new to me. Thanks for any help!
