well this is hard to explain because english is not my main language. One day, during the rehearsal, i copied one present to another location in the same list. usual i made some tweaks and rename it to preserve the original. After the copy (using helix edit) soon as i pressed a different or the same snapshot, the volume lowered and the sound looked muddier. the only way i solved this was using copy/paste function in the helix directly. Well... after this last update 3.80 all the variations of that sound does the same. the update was maded correctly. HX edit, the backup, then the firmware, then a factory reset, and then backup restore, reboot to build the presets and all ok. Even if i copy the preset to an empty bank does the same... WTF Helix... all my sounds based on that preset are doing the same!!!
