I just bought a Helix and am attempting to download the latest firmware update and when I try to open and load I get an error message, no file extension available. I have a current MacBook , running Sonoma 14.5 .... Safari can’t open the file. Safari can’t open the file “HX Edit v3.70 Installer.exe” because no available application can open it.
