  1. Hello everyone! I´m a bit deperate now. I checked lots of videos and posts here to get the connection problem solved, but nothing seemed to help. I´m a Helix user from the beginning. I bought my unit shortly after the release and I never updated it so far. So the Firmware must be one of the first ones. From HX I only get the message "connection interrupted". The reconnection button doesn´t help and when I unplug and replug the USB cable I get a Windows blue screen half of the times. I re-installed the software, tried several USB-cables, used all different ports on my PC, but nothing made a difference. I didn´t try the factory reset so far. I have 7 or 8 years of presets there, which I don´t want to delete. Writing all presets down by hand would take weeks, I guess.... Does anybody have an idea, how to solve this problem? Any help is appreciated! Best, Mike
