After factory restoring and reinstalling firmware many times, the issue was still there. However, once i reinstalled an older version of firmware it's now working fine

For some reason when I change a preset, say "OBI Wah", then I go dial another preset it magically goes back to obi wah??? If I change the preset with the Libraian it stays? But if I twist the effect knob it will stop on the current effect then go back to obi wah? What did I do?
