Ok understood about the backing track and amp/pa speakers. But what's the best way to connect to the LT to play a YouTube backing track from a tv with 3.5mm jack out?

Hello everybody. I am happy to become part of the Helix community. I have a couple of starter questions if you have the patience for them. Firstly how do I do a software update? Secondly what's the best way to play a backing track into the LT that I can then play through my Blackstar amp and have it sounding good? I have used a NUX mg400 before buying the helix LT and that was straight forward. But the LT isn't so straight forward. thankyou.
